Putting the word in quotes does not change the meaning, what luna said was completely wrong.

In the context of what you said, it did not change the meaning except to suggest that you thought it was incredibly stupid that I should say NASA uses telescopes to look at the sun. In fact it was incredibly stupid for you to suggest that they do not, and once you realized this you tried to change the meaning to backyard telescopes. Yes, putting my official title in quotes does insulting imply that you think I do not have the title, but I don't give a damn what you think. I do, which is the real beauty of the situation. LOL! This is so fun! The "incredibly stupid" part of your "context" did not exist in my mind until you questioned the definition of quotation marks. And let me see if I have this correct: I am supposed to believe your "data" and "photographs" regarding DA14 and I am to trust the "authorities" like you that told us "nothing" would hit on February 15 (only to watch a 10,000 ton space rock almost kill thousands of Russians with no warning) - the same "authorities" that dispute the meaning of quotation marks?
