They easily can be. Try to have your virtue win over your vice. :D

winning isn't enough
it's a delicate balance
without vice, there is not virtue

There is balance, but do you really want your vice equal with your virtue? Saying this while knowing that balance is key.

Trying to replace vices one at a time with the complimentary virtue.

If it is complimentary, I believe it is not a matter of replacing the other, but finding the synergistic balance where the vice and virtue exist in harmonic equilibrium with one another.

Not a replacement.

There is no vice.
There is no virtue.
Or everyone is already in balance?

There is inherent good in all. It's all but a matter of perception/perspective and how you choose to see it.

Peace will not be arriving,

one mans vice is another mans virtue...who are we to measure actions of one as if the impact of the vice has no influence on the greatness of anothers virtue..we are all connected and maybe darkness only serves to magnify light.
