ok, i got it. if i report to the police, i would go to jail and a possible suspect gets no examination. just plain wonderful.
why (and who?) are they coming up with her being depressed and schizophrenic now? would be interesting..
maybe she was both. does not explain how this girl ended up in the tank _on_her_own_.
