Some people are still suggesting Ms. Lam would not have been able to get on top of the Water Tank. This is Incorrect.Notice in this picture, in the Upper Right, there is a Big Red Ladder. This ladder could put self on top of the roof entrance structure. At this point, take an easy 5 paces and lower self 6 feet down to the tops of the *UNLOCKED* water tanks.
Also, notice the very Bottom Left corner shows 1 of 3 fire escape ladders giving access to the rooftop of Hotel Cecil in the first damn place.

I will post this video again in an attempt to display the ease of access to the rooftop of Hotel Cecil. Some of you must've watched it. It has gone from 29 to 604 views in the last 24 hours and it is a year old) Quoting: Anonymous Coward 32954227 so your implying a women who can barely stand up and punch some buttons in an elevator who seems to be seeing invisible beings or is drugged is going to be able to climb a fire escape ladder John McClane style and get down into a water tank to kill herself.. i'm not buying it..
