No way it was a G-Man. If it was a professional, it would be just roof jumping with suicide note, or insult, or just lost person. Only nonprofessional can lost body in place, were it will be 100% found.

What clothes was on body in a tank?
About FB page, no doubt it was made specially for media, that will be searching for victim`s photo. So it makes sence to search photo for steganografy, or negative/revers hidden symbols.
