wow I didn't know that it was that easy to access the roof some therefore anyone could have taken her up there or she could of just wondered up there herself has it been said if the lid to the tank was locked or not

I don't think it's that easy that you can just wander up there. If you look at pictures of the Cecil Hotel it clearly does not have fire escapes everywhere leading to the rooftop. Those available would be via fire exit doors which trigger an alarm upon opening.

Are positive about access to the roof? Also assuming the alarms on those doors work it would take a key to open the door without the alarm sounding.

Positive? That's the info reported on the news and in articles. Fire exit doors do not need keys to open. That would defeat their purpose. They do trigger an alarm though. Can alarms fail or be bypassed? I'm sure they can. I still don't think the roof is easy to access and that one can just wander on up there.

What im saying is with emergecy doors that are rigged to an alarm the alarm can be bypassed with a key you put he key in and you can open the door without the alarm going off
