they now tell us indirectly the vid is from jan 31st, where she was last seen at the Cecil, but no one in that article claims any more she did stay there..
and they tell us who had last seen her - and that they never saw her with anyone else.

about the body marking:
they must be talking about a tattoo or something? i´m not familiar with the term body marking itself, teeth maybe ?

Thanks for reading it :) it did have useful information. About the body markings, it could have been any of the following , birthmarks, scars surgical or injury , tattoo's or a combination of the three. Not teeth. That would be called a dental identification. The fact that they use body marks in plural is also of interest.

i went through the links you posted, and i honestly don´t think morbid/slitwrist has anything to do with that case.

asian forums/media do fuel that theory, but they are more sensation mongering than any other.
(interesting nonetheless, they actually do show more interest and effort in that case, and have better pictures/info than we get from the US media/LAPD - if you take it with a grain of salt, of course.

but back to morbid: there is absolutely no real reason to assume that he´s a murderer;
don´t judge by the looks or music one loves.

besides it is getting a bit out of control as asians are very much after him, but it´s good promotion for his new album at least.

but... one thing i noticed:
could he be the same (handsome looking) guy who did those other videos with the porn stars / at the cecil? i assume because of his face/nose/looks and interests? maybe was making some bloody morbid vids for his songs back then.
but even if true - not the one we´re looking for.

interesting it´s mentioned at all,this meaning either they couldn´t identify her from other things (2-3 weeks in a water tank, no wonder...)- or she has some really obvious body marks that made identification easy.

I understand her family traveled to the area when she was missing. I would think identifying the body of a loved one found under these circumstances would be hard on the family member confirming the ID. It might be easier on them to make a discreet ID using the body markings. They would not have to have a complete visual of everything her body was subjected to that way , and be left with those images as the last memory of their loved one. I'm sure that would be an unbearable memory to carry around in addition to her death.

I posted the following information below in another thread but thought I should also bring it here into this thread as it may shed some clarity on the graffiti found on the water tanks.

The three lines above the graffiti looks to me to be a stylized version of the Pachuco Cross prison and gang tattoo. It has been around for a very very long time and was later adopted in the 1940’s by Hispanic gangs.

The Pachuco cross typically has three evenly spaced rays radiating upward. Typically, it is located on the web of the hand. The legend surrounding the cross embraces the idea that the gang member wearing the tattoo has either killed a cop or murdered a rival gang member.

Also the stylized letters of the graffiti on the water towers is of an Hispanic gang type.

I have also heard it said from non Hispanic former prisoners that also sport the tattoo up here in Canada that the number of rays around the cross represent the number of years served in prison. How true that is I do not know but I thought I’d pass on the info to ya.

The writing on the door is Chinese, and if you look closely, looks like they could be "fai chun" which are 4 character Chinese greetings posted on doors for prosperity, safety, etc...

Yes. Which is why I brought attention to the fact that dogs did not pick up her scent and noted it as extremely relevant. It also raises the possiblility that her body was moved up there and put in the tank after the roof was search by the dogs.

Just a thought impression after reading this interesting post. Could she be the women of scars? Maybe she had something injected into her that was released into the water. The contagion is now out. I just have a bad feeling about this one... Very evil feeling.... Poor girl, a victim, a mule, and a Korean.

1.Remember, the video that was released BY THE POLICE was doctored.

2. The only people who can get to the tanks are employees as an employee key is needed to open those doors.

3. Whoever was manning the security camara was most likely controlling the elevator door also.

I went back and watched the video of Elisa in the elevator and I don't think that the 'Oriental Queen' story or the interpretation of her body language is correct. I think the interpretation is disinfo and whoever wrote the 'Oriental Queen' story made sure it matched up. Why do I think this? Because Elisa is clearly very frightened in the elevator.

There is a video where on of Elisa's good friends back in Canada says she was being harassed by the Italian(?) and Mexican (?) mafias.

1. agreed. besides, maybe it is all what lapd got from the hotel. but clearly not professional giving an obviously altered video to the public.

i do think it does not show a grain of respect, as who does so expects the people viewing it to be dumb enough not to notice/question it;
or at least, too frightened / too not-caring.
sadly enough, they seem to be right with that assumption, regarding how most people react when seeing the vid.

2. i still don´t buy in that "no one except employees" thing; there´s always a way to open a locked door ;)
maybe the alarm wasn´t working in that run-down hotel, maybe it was as easy as just putting a piece of metal in the keyhole to keep the alarm off when opening the door.
and as some vids proof, one can get up to the roof by the fireladder as well.

3. as someone reported on a hotel check site, one elevator was out of order that day. i don´t have the link at hand right now, but it can be looked up.
if it wasn´t just a coincidence, you´re of course right.
and whoever had the control, altered the vid and knows someone at lapd.
