You can easily obtain whole plant cannabis extract (rick simpson oil) in Oregon once you have gotten your card. One of the guys I know who makes it has had an amazing recovery from liver disease.
Hemp oil pressed from seeds is not the same thing. Although it is good for you.
You may use whole plant cannabis extract along with any other therapy you choose.

Milk thistle or silymarin extract, NAC (n-acetyl l-cystein), liv52, r-ala, multivitamin, fish oil (I recommend barleans liquid, not caps), exposure to sunlight, high quality organic foods, especially raw kale and spinach, mild exercise if possible.

Liposomal vitamin C.

If I had liver cancer, I would start on hydrogen peroxide therapy. You can get a quart and a dropper bottle from the site below. Start with 5 drops on an 8 oz glass of water 23 times a day and increase it by one drop per day until you are at 25 drops per glass. You'll need a 16 oz glass by then.

Sorry OP, There's not much you can do when the liver is cirrhotic. You see, when someone has liver disease the liver continually tries to repair itself and in doing so leaves a scar on the liver. This happens over and over again until the liver is so scarred that blood can no longer flow through properly and toxins can no longer be filtered. The scarring is almost impossible to remove.

Let me tell you...liver cirrhosis is curable. And I can testify to that. I had it. Do research on milk thistle. Somewhere I read that in India liver sufferers take up to 6T of it a day and that is what I did. besides other things. Drink a carrot, beet, cucumber and spinach juice daily. Also a glass of warm water with the juice of one lemon in the morning before meals. Also drink teas for liver and kidney support. I also took schizandra, dandelion, alfalfa and artichoke capsules. 3 of each 3 times a day. You have to attack it from all directions. I would add pau d arco to this to combat the tumor....

If it's curable then it's not cirrhosis by definition.

And if YOU had liver cancer you would die.
