Anonymous Coward User ID: 34711581 United States 02/23/2013 07:24 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | In a rare maneuver allowed under Arkansas law, Lieutenant Governor Mark Darr, a Republican, signed the bill into law while Democratic Governor Mike Beebe was attending a National Governors Association meeting in Washington. Quoting: RAe 17322212 I like this "bipartisan" move in ARkansas! [link to news.yahoo.com] I'm sure that Beebe knew and passed on it. I don't know if he was for it, but wanted plausible deniability. Arkansas is mostly NWO stomping grounds. Home of Clinton And Bumpers 1 and Bumpers 2. This is the first good thing I've heard out of Little Rock in uhhhhhh EVER. |

The next Arkansas Governor's race primaries will be between the Democrats suckling Bill Halter and Mike Ross, and the Republicans Hutchinson (RINO) and Coleman. In his book, "Between Two Ages," Brzezinski wrote: "The technetronic era involves the gradual appearance of a more controlled society. Such a society would be dominated by an elite, unrestrained by traditional values." MuzzleBreak |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 34610595 United States 02/23/2013 08:39 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I was born and raised here in Arkansas. There are a few good things here. Easy concealed carry permits, and castle laws. In most respects Arkansas is a pretty shitty place unless you happen to live in one of about five counties, which I do. Every time I leave my bustling little rich county I'm always shocked at the poverty and hillbillyness of my State. |

I love obscure rules that benefit those with whom I side with. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 24587829 Yeah, this one let the governor off the hook. He does not have to go against his constituent base and still, the job gets done. That's the way it works. |

I've not met a person in AR yet who does not own a gun :) Besides...it might give away bunker position of all those folks hiding in the Ozarks! “My religion is nature. Anonymous Coward User ID: 34610595 United States 02/23/2013 08:59 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | It's true. Arkansas has to be one of the most pro-gun States in the country. Years ago I spent a weekend way out in duck country installing flooring in a hunting cabin owned by a bunch of rich Arkansas legislators and business men (owners of the company I worked for). I was shocked at the racism, the assault rifles being shot from out the top of a Wyllis jeep at midnight in muddy old fields while under the influence of whiskey, and just the general good ole boy nature of the whole thing. Needless to say I've not even heard a whisper about any gun laws coming to Arkansas. |

Don't let this minor hurdle fool you'all though. Arkansas actually sucks ass, Most depressed State. Look it up. Nothing but overweight poverty-ridden toothless hillbillies here. If I were you, I wouldn't even think about moving here. A real shithole! Go somewhere else like Texas. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34972398 Nastiest cops I've ever encountered too, at least as someone with out of state tags. But I just saw that as an incentive to move there and benefit from the revenue extracted from out-of-staters. I am happy about this little maneuver though. A nice win, every step helps. |

Seems like all cops prey on out-of-stater's in the south. It does help to have Arkansas plates. May want to work on your Southern Draw too. Most of the revenue here is from the retired people moving in from out of state particularly from up north. It's much easier to survive here now than it was when I was a kid back in the 60's. Hillbilly city back then. |

Way too much woods and evil and covens and all kind of satantic shit. I ran from there as fast as I could. Backwards and ignorant but most just down right out right fucking dangerous....and the most dangerous is your very own fucking neigbhbors. Arkansas is a very dark and evil state. |

Lots of money..new homes..and new businesses. Ya, I live in NW Arkansas. It's very affluent here. I live in Faulkner county in the Metro area. We do pretty good here, too. There aren't many other bright spots around Arkansas. Last year I went West of Petit Jean and was reminded of how bad much of the State is. The delta is aweful, too. Tar paper shacks, shanties, broken down cars, appliances in front yards, terrible poverty. |
