A strong person, if intellectually challenged will simply be a strong person.

An intelligent person who realizes that their strength is genetically controlled will seek out a better genetical match that does not compromise their genetic intellect while upgrading their physical composition.

Smarter is always better. The mind is a terrible thing to waste. Hence, a terrible mind is usually a waste of time.

Well it's pretty obvious to me that the strong are the ones who have survived every cataclysmic event thus far.
