United States 02/24/2013 12:08 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The FBI infiltrates and provokes all militia's in the US, can't we sue them for it? I was just thinking about all of the cases of "domestic terrorism" where there is always some embedded agent or CI who provokes the group to violence they would t otherwise commit and then tells the news it was all the groups idea...this prevents us from reasonably exercising our right (and obligation) to form militias. Aren't these grounds for suit, even if just to inject some real news I to the media? We need to start exposing these corrupt fucktard feds to the sheeple and wake this sleeping giant. reference: [ link to m.guardiannews.com] Last Edited by mr.goodbytes on 02/24/2013 12:11 AMEndFed.org |

I mean sure it's highly unethical and downright unconscionable but is it illegal? |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31504123 I mean it is entrapment, at least... Quoting: mr.goodbytes Yeah, every case I have studied was clearly entrapment, but it seams that entrapment laws have pretty much been thrown to the wayside in America. It's pretty much law enforcements bread and butter these days. |
