He is going to be OK. It was a random shooting by unknown black males in a white car. My husband had taken our Chocolate Lab out for a quick walk in the alley before bedtime. A white car pulled up to him, the driver window went down, and my husband was shot 3 times with a BB gun. One BB went through his leather coat and got his upper arm. His arm is bruised and swollen. The police and the ambulance were here at my house. My husband, who has no medical insurance, declined treatment from the Paramedics.
A few minutes after my husband was shot, there was another shooting not too far from here.
This is crazy. To see my husband come in the door, out of breath, clutching his arm and saying he had been shot, was like something out of a movie. He was about 1/2 a block down in our alley when he got shot. My husband is physically disabled. He walks slowly, with a limp, and also has emphesema. I hope the police catch these punks.

Yeah, I am upset. When you got punks going around shooting people for the hell of it, yeah, it upsets me. When it hits home, it REALLY upsets me.

BB guns can shoot 450/fps and higher. No, it isn't a high power rifle but yes modern BB guns can cause serious damage so lay off the gal.

Someone she loves was assaulted so the weapon really isn't the point. The fact that it could have been much more serious has ran thru her mind and I think she has every right to be upset. If you don't like the thread just move on instead of being dicks about it.

Maybe they didn't have a high dollar one. But they now have electric ones, battery powered, rechargeable, that will put a plastic ball thru a tin can easily.

Sorry a BB can hurt, but it must have scared the shit out of him. He probably thought he was gonna die. He could've had a heart attack. Fuckers do it with paintball guns too and film it. The victim thinks he got shot with a real gun.

Didn't you see OP's earlier post? Theirs is a family of different races; it's not fair to say that about her.

Her husband has an injury that, while it doesn't sound life threatening, is bound to be painful and could have been more serious. It certainly is traumatic for someone to drive up and shoot you. I'm sure you wouldn't think it was nonsense if it happened to you.
