There are a couple wannabes around here, I'm sure they will chime in. But for me, I'm sure the genuine article will show up in God's time.

It is my opinion that the two witnesses will be the two guys from the old testament that did not die.
Elijah and Enoch
weather returned or reincarnated I don't know.

Another theory that will sound odd and I don't really believe
but occurred to me while I was stoned and meditating one day.

What if they are some kind of robot beings? I don't even remember why I thought that but it did occur to me.


One more thing, obviously this is the first time in a very long time that the entire world could possibly witness a thing in real time that happened on a street in Israel.

Without the Internets the entire world could not possibly witness the witnesses lying in the street for three days or send gifts around the world to one another in celebration of the death of these witnesses.

would it be too strange of me to say that I might know the two witnesses?

they are two people and they are one (though there is the possibility of the third) who can read sealed prophecies and they themselves seem to represent, to me, the breaking of the curse.

neither of them are wont to believe it, but I feel as though I can see them performing great and terrible miracles.

I worry, also, that they fear the truth and may be too late. is there anything anyone can tell me about what I should show these two witnesses? what they should see or have made understood?

only the creator can break the curse...

It could not be Enoch because he was a Jew, possibly Moses due to the transfiguration as a witness with Elijah. All conjecture obviously.

The Two Witnesses

Rev 11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
Rev 11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.

Joshua and Zerubabel were the ensample for our admonition (1 Cor 10) of the royal priesthood, the 2 witnesses. Joshua was the priest, Zeubabel was the governor in line to be king, of the line of David and points us to the coming King. Joshua and Zerubabel lead Israel out of Babylon, also a type and shadow of the call of the two witnesses, the royal priesthood today. Now spiritual, Babylon represents being caught in the snare (Luke 21) of deception. The 2 witnesses, the royal priesthood wander to and fro, as the 7 eyes of the Lord looking for those who’s heart is perfect towards God and call those to follow them to Zion

Rev_1:6 And hath made us kings and priests (The Two Witnesses) unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Rev_5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
1Pe 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.

Rev 11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.

The Beast out of the bottomless pit is the whore, her false doctrine spiritually kills them for a time.

Rev 11:8 And their (spiritually) dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city,(Mystery Babylon) which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. (key word here is also, the same thing that happened to our Lord happens to the 2 witnesses, spiritually)
Rev 11:9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their dead bodies three days and an half, (our identifying with Christs death) and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves.
Rev 11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth ( the unregenerate body of professing Christians, still focused on flesh, the earth) shall rejoice over them, and make merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth.
Rev 11:11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them.

This is why every remnant believer who wakes up, when the man of sin, the son of perdition is revealed to him, scares the heck out of everyone.

AMEN!!

You ask why I ask?

Because I read the Bible recently or the first time in a dozen or so years and I felt as though I could interpret it. Understand it. Not just understood in the sense of their words and their general meanings, but why the prophecies (of Daniel, Jeremiah, and Revelation) relate to today.

I read it. Understood it. Validated my thoughts with the interpretations and thoughts spread out on this website, and I grew intensely fearful.

I understand that a decision like this belongs to choice. I must choose to be this person, and that despite whatever doohickey prophecy may/may not say about me (or the ideas I would one day present), I am still capable of failing, not accepting my 'role', and screwing everything up.

It's a giant burden that I have felt my entire life. I have no idea how to validate that i am one of the witnesses - in fact, I do not believe it is I that will need to prove it true - but I do know the method through which - if I one of them - God will use me to prophesy to the world. That is, what the message will be (and, in truth, has always been) and how His word will (could) be spread by me.

The difficulty is in the validation. Not necessarily self-validation - that is something which is controlled by my own level of faith - but moreso the validation of the message I present. I have often been noted by other people of faith (and, more importantly, those without faith) that the message I spread of God/Jesus is not one they have ever heard before, but makes sense. I speak of these things, and people fight me, but they often come back and tell me "it makes so much sense! It is true!"

Which is the whole problem. I am one man. I know of the other. In the same breath, however, I am bound to make mistakes/interpret incorrectly. I cannot seem to logically combine myself - a flawed though intelligent creature - with the two witnesses of God because of how much God loves them. I mean, I know God loves me, but those two just seem so...incredible.

I do know, however, that if I am one of the two witnesses, my message will be as much unlike the current message of Jesus as it will be like His message. It is not so much a different message as it is a message explained in the language and manner that the current world will understand.

And hate.

And kill me because of.

I am afraid. Intensely fearful - not because of sure death - but because everything that I question about myself will be on display for the world to critique as well.

In short, I believe in the possibility that I am one of the two witnesses, but that there will be very few who understand completely. And, by then, it may be too late. If I am one of them, then I will be responsible for a great deal of conversions. My message will have to be so clear and succinct that ALL will know it to be true, but no one will believe me.

After all, who can say they believed me when my body will not be buried for over 3 days after the beast kills me. Jeremiah prophecies that no man will believe in truth, as there will be so much misinformation (even among the elect!)

What does this mean?

I will, quite literally, be hate by the world.

After all, who can say they believe me after this post (granted, I have more work to do).

The genuine article? What makes you think the ones on here are wannabes then?

I met a man in Israel in 1998 who was like no one I had met before. He told me how YESHUA told him HE was sending him to Israel. And by this sign he would know that it was God. His wife would conceive twins and one would die in the womb. The other would be born on the 1st day of Hanukah. A year and ½ later his wife conceived and had a miscarriage. When she when to the doctor she was told she was still pregnant. On the 1st night of Hanukah his son was born.
This man told me how God told him to call the priminister of Israel and tell him if he gave away anymore of his brothers land God was going to strike him down. Rabin signed the treaty and land was given to the PA. Within a month of the call Rabin was shot down by someone unknown to this man. God fulfilled the prophecy.
This man came to Israel and like I said there was something different about him. His eyes were full of light and love. I felt as if I knew him all my life.
I went to red sea with him and others in the car. It started to pour coming back the man prayed and the storm stopped. There wasn’t a cloud in the sky. The muslim young man who was driving us was quiet the entire remaining 2 hours back to Jerusalem. The next morning the young man came to our hotel with his uncle and father asking that the man come to his grandfather. I went and then I watched a man with gangrene feet get healed by the words this man spoke. He told the man to stay off his feet for three days and God would heal it. We went to up north to and when we returned three days later the man and his family were at the hotel and his feet were completely healed.
After that day in the car when the rain stopped it was the longest draught Israel faced in a very long time. For three and a half years the rain didn’t fall. The lake went down to dangerous levels. It was unsafe to swim in it. Wells were running dry thru out the area.
I asked this man who he was. Was he a prophet. He replied I am a servant of God. I asked him again are you Elijah. He replied I am a servant of God. Others asked are you one of the witnesses. He replied I am a servant of the most high God. Never did this man claim anything for himself.
I watched this man speak at the western wall. I heard it in English, others with us heard it in Arabic, a language spoken in a village in Kenya and in Hebrew. It was powerful the entire crowd turned and was silent they parted as he left. He told them that righteousness comes from God alone. That their begging for money was making this place of pray a house of prostitution.

I witnessed this man on many trips he took to Israel. Each time people were healed and came to faith.
He last trip he told us he wouldn’t be back until after the fighting. We were all like what fighting what are you talking about. A few months later the infata started.
If anyone fulfills the description of one of the witnesses it is he.

I look forward to seeing him again and the other person that will return to the land with him.

it matches up with Revelation 14:6 where the 3 Angels End time Message states the Gospel needs to be preached unto the whole world, every nation, kindred, tongue and people

To warn the peoples to leave false Systems of Worship, to return to worshiping the Creator to leave Spiritual Babylon (Papacy)
as She will enforce a Deadly Mark on all of those who do not worship God, Keep God's Commandments and have the Faith of Jesus (Revelation 14:12) those who don't leave will find themselves receiving the end time plagues that are coming Her way.

Sackcloth = Humbleness towards God, Not exalting Self, 1,000 + 200 + 3 Score a score is 20, so its: 60

So 1,260 Days,
(a Day for a Year in Prophecy)
=1260 years

No man in the Bible has lived so long since before the time of Noah, Conclusion The witnesses are not actual peoples.

"And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days." Revelation 12:6

Revelation 12:6 Matches up with Revelation 11:3, a woman in prophecy represents a Church, The Pure Woman A pure Church, a Harlot Represents a Church which is out of line with God's Character

God's Actual people who worshiped in truth and Keep the scriptures handed down from the Apostles have lived in seclusion peacefully around the Globe, many where hunted down by the Beast power (the papacy), like the early Christians in Ethiopia and The Waldensian peoples in the alps (amongst many others lost to time like the Heruli, Ostrogoths and Vandals)

These people at the cost of their own lives taught the Bible plainly without the works of man attached and breaking of Commandments like the Papacy teaches.

If we await an end time witnesses we possible await a powerful end time deception, all the prophecy's are only safe with Christ in mind.
