Interesting question with the Nestle guy. So if you think it is a human right, we should all be able to get it for free and not have to pay for it via utilities? Is food also a human right? Should we all be given free food and water? If not, then how is it a human right? [I'm playing the devil's advocate here.... but one must understand his point; he's basically saying no to socialism].

I heard of a case in Salt Lake City where it's illegal to collect rain water because the rain supposedly belongs to the city. Apparently it's legal now, but other states have made it illegal.

I work near the Nestle water plant and believe me...they DRAIN the quarry...all the neighbouring homes and businesses can be left waterless. They're idiots.

In some places in America and south America there are laws prohibiting the collection of rain water and this can get you fined or jailed ,both.

It sounds stupid when you think about prohibiting something like that but it makes sense when you want world domination and what not.
