if he was terminally ill he would have qualified for a DS1500 and wouldn't have needed the ESA which atos are dealing with

if he starved to death - ie couldn't prepare his own meals -didn't he have a private care company who was meant to come in 3 times a day with meals -and help him eat it? this is what social workers are meant to set up

btw , terminally ill people do die- they stop eating then drinking and usually die within a day or 2 of stopping drinking


terminally ill peoplle are also more prone to pulmonary emboli and brain emboli which kill them very suddenly

so was he terminally ill or disabled in some way ?
