sorry - did't see that ( didn't look duh)
if he was on dialysis then he would qualify for a ds1500 - that is usually every other day though , not daily
and if he had a carer that took him to the atos hearing he would have a social worker who could advise and do the paperwork for ds1500
they would also asses his needs for care - regardless of the atos decsion re work
this doesn't make sense
