Looks like the emblem in the exact middle of the arm is a set of 13's with one 3 inverted, could be anything from e13 (E13) 313, 3.13, 13/13, 31/13.

Any alteration to the cross is considered breaking the cross just like with the swastika so his coat of arms has a broken cross in 2 places.The Alpha and Omega symbol on it means he thinks he's the first and last.The red tassels depict the two separate bloodline in the world today,one good and one evil all stemming from a single source.The castle over the water is beast that comes out of the sea.

There is a meaning to the order of the 3 symbols on the strip of red which I'm still unsure of due to the last symbol but in my opinion it has something to do with the end result of the world once the antichrist has taken over.The Alpha an Omega means he is the beginning and the end,the broken cross means Christ dying for our sins is irrelevant and the last symbol unknown.

Yes, I believe he will be the one. My interpretation is this. Definitely a good man. The coming together of the two branches, yin/yang. Each pyramid of tassles contain 15 and together 30. Also the coming together of ALL churches under one hat. The last Pope because soon all will have direct access to the Creator or Almighty Lord. Also marriage of priests will be allowed as well as women priests.
