I wonder how he feels about his service to his country now....
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 18014543

As a Marine Combat Vet, I can tell you that I am ashamed of my Country. Has it really been that long since we have fought a war concerning "real freedom" and not oil and money that American's who support these laws actually believe they are right?

I guess that is what you get when we have an all Voulunteer Military that only 5% of America serves in. You get 90+ percent of the population who does not know what it is like to have to fight for your freedom, to earn your freedom.

Well, I promise this, all of this shit going on right now will not end peacefully. Those of us who do know what it is like will not go peacefully. This Soldiers battle is just the begining, we have yet begun the war.

The sad thing, is that America has the power to stop all of this shit in its tracks if they were to just stand up and be heard.

Obama says this must be what American's want, because he was re-elected. Well, no one I have EVER spoken with, voted for him this time around. And, it is quite coincidental that he is now appointing the Owner of the electronic voting machines that got him elected to take Hillary's place. Wholy fuck, if that doesn't wreak of corruption then I do not know what does.

...

That would turn into exactly what you cry about pussy.

A riot.

no.. violence of action is now needed to shut this shit down.

If you think 3 mil walking into DC is gonna solve this you are a twat.

It needs fought on individual small fronts until DC involves themselves.. then it is on like donkey kong.

Fuck those tyrants.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34814481

Bit harsh to call me a pussy. Your gung-ho attitude is not what is required here. The powers that be are using law to curtail your liberties. Ok throw in a few false flags for media effect and to get the libtards on side. I still contend that one concerted push on capitol hill and you ciuld end this by next week. In a peaceful way which is what I suspect the majority of family-oriented peoe in the us want.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29018394

This gung ho attitude kicked your brit asses out of this country.

I see what your pussification has gotten you.

Shut up and allow us to handle things the American way.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 34814481

We didnt speak up when we should have. We swallowed the bullshit dunblane massacre amongst others. Yes we were disarmed which is exactly what will happen to you if you dont wake up as a country. Again, I reiterate, no matter how tough you think you are, as an individual, you are about as useful as tits on a boar. This isn't hollywood where the good guy rides off in to the sunset. You all need to unite that is the only way.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29018394

I have seven armed conflicts under my belt.. how bout you?

DO NOT propose to tell me what needs doing.. i am here. you are not, keep your talk of subjugation to yourself.

 Quoting: Philligan

if his lawyer doesnot tell his jury about Jury Nullification, he should fire his attorney on the spot; take over his own case; tell his jury about Jury Nullification, then eventually get a new attorney.

If iamnot using the right word, someone please interject the correct word. Thank you.

He broke the law, nuff said.

Rubbish. The "law" in question is itself criminal and immoral.

Arresting and prosecuting this man is a criminal act.

this is ridiculous.

does anyone know how many magazines you can have? so, if you can only have a 15 round magazine, can you have 20 of them?
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 17485914

you can have as many and as big as you want
their shit laws cant take your god-given rights

In which Bible verse does God state that you can have as many and as big magazines as you want?

I hope you get your ass into a sling with the politicians and their "lawmaking". Check yourself out, I'll bet you're breaking some law right now you aren't even aware exists.

Funny how most gun nuts will laugh about an old lady being tasered for jaywalking -- "she broke the law, she got what she deserved!".

And they're okay with a retard being suffocated to death by deputies because he wanted to watch a movie again -- "oh, he was trespassing, he broke the law, the 'tard deserved it!."

But if somebody gets arrested for breaking the law for something AR-15 related, then they whine and cry about it. I don't get it.

With everything else "the law" justifies everything, even an on the spot execution, but we're supposed to overlook this law.

A few brain dead gubmint worshipping authoritarian types are like this. Most "gun nuts" aren't. Criminal acts by police are still criminal acts.

Most of the apologists for acts of thuggery under color of law are connected in some way with that system.

That is exactly the right word. In some states the "law" doesn't permit bringing up jury nullification. I think anyway.

Lawyers have more than just a distinct distaste for jury nullification.
It would render them superfluous in many cases, severely cutting into their profit margin.
A collusion to keep things as they are... and the general public ignorant about what they can do if they feel a law itself is unjust.
