Here's the forecast page for Wichita Falls. Looks like rain tonight and switch to a mix in the morning. All snow later tomorrow. Keep an eye on the page's updates.

Thanky!
 Quoting: Settle4It

Yw! It's kind of caught a lot of us off guard. I knew Amarillo and OK were going to get hit, but we (Lubbock) weren't supposed to get anything yesterday. We still aren't going to get much, but wind and a little snow, but I'll take it!

You're pretty close to the snow line, so I would make sure you won't need Pepsi for a day or two!

Here's a graphic of travel safety tips. If anyone is on or going to be on the road tonight, please check it. If you're missing something, now is the time to replace it, not when you need it.

Also, if you're in the blizzard area, check your meds. The pharmacies are still open. It could be a few days before the roads are cleared.

The communities in the blizzard's path include Amarillo, Texas, Gage, Enid and Tulsa, Okla., Wichita, Chanute and Dodge City, Kan., and Kansas City, Mo.

Residents should also not be surprised to hear thunder or see lightning when the blizzard is unleashing the worst of its fury.

Motorists should prepare for lengthy road closures, including on Interstates 35, 40, 44 and 70, with flight cancellations and severe disruptions to daily routines a high probability.

Wind now shifting to come from the East here in central OK.

This always presages precipitation. Still 62 degrees. Husband is going outside to wash off his 4WD Xterra. Yes, he knows a blizzard is coming. We've both scheduled Tuesday off work. Some bird pooped on his Xterra roof today, and he feels compelled to go wash it.

60% of America Covered in Snow, Global Warming to Blame

While MSNBC is claiming that the end of skiing is nigh, nearly 60 percent of the mainland United States is covered in the white stuff,
with snow reaching the Mexican border. There might even be snow in Florida. What will Al Gore think?

Global Warming scammers, like any television psychic, are adept at coming up with explanations for why the North Pole didn’t end in 2012.
Yes, there are more blizzards and more snow, they admit, but it’s still the fault of Global Warming, which is now called Climate Change.

Then they will freak the fuck out, declare a state of Emergency, go to Defcon 1, send out the bombers, prep the nukes, and open the FEMA camps...

We should be having thunderstorms about that time. Emergency car kit is packed.
