Crowley is a joke. The more I read of his work and learn about his life the more I see what he is. A thief, someone who would have been rightfully imprisoned today for his actions. A spoiled child that when he did not get his way threw a fit to try and stop those he stole from.

All of his "teachings" are taken from others. From other orders, from other great teachers and thinkers. From older ancient texts already thought out by others. Re-written re-thought by him. That is what teachers do. He was just a complete ass about how he went about it.

The Masons had every right to go after him. He tried to take their teachings and shut them down as he had done with a number of other orders before and after.

He did do some invaluable work. He did wonderful compilations of symbolism. His Thoth tarot is one of the best interpretations there is. He understood what he was doing very well. He has very good basics. He understood the importance of Yoga. He understood the important great ancient teachings. I am grateful to him for his great works.

Taken from Theosophy, Golden Dawn, Rosicrucian, Ancient Egyptian Mysticism, Cabalah, Freemasonry etc etc. Nothing new or original. His ramblings are ramblings. I could write crazy visions and teachings too if I was drunk and high as a kite.
