ELISA means "Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay" and has been around for years. It is the name of a method to find proteins, etc.
LAM means Lipoarabinomannan, which is a glycolipid, and a virulence factor associated with Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the bacteria responsible for tuberculosis.
I do not see the connection here..?
