This would also mean the end of buying any quantity of ammo too! People wake up! If they want to limit you to only a few rounds, what the hell would you need to buy a thousand rounds for? To be honest, I've never visited Missouri. But I can damn well say, they are going to be hard pressed to find some good ol' boys from Minnesota (or Wisconsin for that fact) that are going to be willing to just turn in their guns. They'll hide them, and then start a long term stockpile of ammo.
