I will venture to guess that those law-abiding residents of the blue states of Missouri and Minnesota are seeking refuge in red states that still respect the Constitution of the United States.

Missouri unemployment is currently 6.7 while Minnesota is 5.5 and I am willing to bet that the current growth in sales of existing homes is based upon those fleeing oppressive laws including gun laws.
