You have to stop eating meat and anything that comes in a bag or box. Sprouted grains and legumes should be the cornerstone of your diet. Lots of mixed salad greens.

Avoid sugar and anything cooked. eat only live fruits, vegetables and sprouts. Olive oil is a great companion.

Learn to grow your own food. Period.

Get a water still and drink only that.

Eat only twice per day.

Sell everything and buy land that you can farm - WITH CASH.

Learn to fix machines.

Learn to think in terms of seasons.

Sell your TV.

Do not be in a rush to have a sexual relationship or kids.

Concentrate on building a diversity of wealth.

so your version of being on the "same page" is ruling with an iron fist or maybe your just into fisting..who knows. In any case do the "big boys" as you put it also rule through debt manipulation and every other trick in the book? if so why would you want to join them? my guess is some do but most don't ..you however have aligned yourselves with the nasty ones so this is why we must play out this drama. for a few needy head cases.

I've stopped eating meat. My diet is mostly veggies, fruits, and legumes. I only drink non fluoridated water. I rarely eat processed foods.
