Is my millions of questions a good way to go about this truth seeking or should I be having a different mindset? I know you said meditate and eat good food, I have not eaten meat in several weeks, and I have stuck to a low carb diet, with large amount of eggs and vegetables for past week or so, but I feel that knowledge isn't really growing automatically from doing that, I feel more motivated and energetic for sure, and I read more often and quit watching TV but without me seeking I feel truth will not come.

What IS enlightenment? You talked about how to reach it, but what is it?
How is lateral thinking related to freedom of thought...if I'm reading that right, what did you mean by 'free enough to be able to meditate.'
