Hundres of meteorites hit planets every single day, NOT ALL of those meteors are the size of an apartment building.... Use your fucking head.. Some of you guys make me wonder if your mothers breast milk wasnt tainted.

That's because you apparently don't understand that those satellites are not designed to search for small, dim, near earth asteroids, nor are they trying to. We are only now beginning to design and launch satellites to try to cover that blind spot ( [ link to www.asc-csa.gc.ca] ), but woe is me, we don't have complete coverage so according to you we should just give up and stop searching. Do you not realize how idiotic that is? It's not all or nothing. We can detect some asteroids that size, but not all. That is not an excuse to not try to search for them. I realize that people like you are uncomfortable with things like this that don't fit neatly into such all or nothing paradigms, which is why you react poorly to it.
