There's only 6 people from Japan on GLP right now, all of them ACs.

I'm going to assume by the GLP location meter that the Japs aren't too concerned.

Yes, also the scientists increased the area of the region that would be affected, and also bumped it up to a magnitude 9 earthquake possibility.
