They should be investigated down to the very lay detail! All the way up to and down from Vatican City. A child molester is a child molester no matter what costume he wears.

Good point. I think it has to do more with power, and the ability to cover things up. Also, a homosexual priest would be more at risk of being outed. So kids are a good target, I suppose.
