I spent all weekend researching this, so far it is legitimate and is real. The documents avaialble show creditability.
UCC 1-103 filing seems to have been quietly hidden now by UCC 1-108 in a effort to try and hide what is going on.

I don't understand any of this.

The system is bankrupt, no doubt about that, and everyone is just pretending that it's not.

When governments admit that they can't pay their debts they will have to be some sort of debt jubilee or something as how can governments expect their citizens to pay their debts when the gov. itself can't pay.

Umm, so what? If the PTB realize their own rules are working against them, they will just change the rules to suit their needs. As long as everyone plays along, the game goes on. It will never change until the majority just stops playing by those ever changing rules and goes off the grid, grow their own food, develop small independent communities, etc.

One thing to consider or think about. If this is real and holds water, it could possibly be the start of a one world order. It could collapse the system.

This whole bankrupt thing has been going on for years. I got alarmed back in like 1998 and swore it couldn't go on much longer....here we are 2013 and I still say it can't go on much longer...but who knows.

This March first deadline for congress is just ahead and could be a catalyst for a collapse.

I'm not looking forward to it.....governments rarely act rationally.

I found out the march 1st deadline will directly affect my husbands job on April 1st if they don't fix it. I don't even think he knows yet as he is traveling and not reachable and I did not find it until yesterday. Scary things are in our future I am afraid.

I was skeptical of the OPPT when I first heard about it a few months ago. It seemed like a "bandwagon hopper" type thing, picking up momentum where others failed to keep it.

But this article makes me think twice.

All I can really say is, "I hope it's true."
