his dream places the quake sometime in spring, 10 til 4PM, Southern Cal.

He saw people dressed like it was Halloween but it was not fall, more like spring. Then he noted the time, 10 minutes til 4 pm, on Hollywood Boulevard. Wow I had a dream that a 9.9 earth quake would happen just off the coast eastern sea board of australia just off the central coast NSW, at 8am in the morning 28th Feb. It will be so large that the eastern edge of Australia will be lifted up. The impact for NZ will be horrendous, and a Tsunami will result as well. This event will trigger world wide earth changes. Interesting because I think the time correlates with above prediction if time is 8am here it will be appox 4pm the day before in the states
