Is it possible there is so much ignorance in this thread?! Syria's is a SECULAR government and the country is famed for it's religious tolerance. The NATO backed terrorists are the Islamic radicals.

With Iraq it took the promise of gas being $2/gal cheaper at the pumps. It never happened but the promise was good for about 5 years and no reminders from said complainers. Patriotism isn't in question, beyond being stupid is though, and I mean that in the kindest way as when your ship goes down we are out in the cold. (with nothing but unlimited gas so at least we will still have fire))
