Look back over the last 5,000 to 10,000 years. No problems...all of a sudden this plant is a problem? Why? Why is alcohol in then out then in? Cause people who drink alcohol are more persistent than pot smokers. The day we were supposed to make it legal again we were like that was today? Oh well. If the puppet Obama only had the balls to support this legislation, perhaps he would gain just a little respect. Didn't he indicate his administration wouldn't go after people using maryjane for medical purposes, only to have his federal prosecutors do so anyway, after his election? Jimmy Carter (ok, not saying a whole lot) was for it... and you know JFK (who i believe Obama likens himself to) was for it, as he smoked it all the time, along with the various other meds he took for his pain/pleasure. What's the difference between them... who they were/are beholden to, perhaps? snake Last Edited by snake.plissken on 02/25/2013 08:33 PM |

Hrmm... in a parallel universe, maybe the following is being said by the POTUS: "I believe that this nation should commit itself to achieving the goal, before this decade is out, of ending the prohibition on marijuana and taxing it at the federal level. No single project in this period will be more impressive to mankind, or more important for the long-range exploration of the mind; and none will be so easy or inexpensive to accomplish. We propose to accelerate the development of newer strains of marijuana, which will have the ability to not only get you high and relieve those in pain, but satisfy the need for munchies, as well (frankly, I have Michelle in mind, with that last thought). OK, so I'm in trouble when I get back to the crib, now, but my friend Reggie just got me some of stickiest of the icky, which he said should help calm Moochele down a bit. Anyway, we propose to develop alternate liquids for use in bongs, until certain which is superior. We propose additional funds for other strain development, such as one that cures stupidity, for which I will personally partake-in, myself, for not deciding to take this action sooner, along with the Vice President... well, for obvious reasons. - BO" snake |
