He claims silver's supply is going up (with the price), enticing more mining production, thus creating a potential risk for the future price should this be sold back. This is flatly false.

THE WORLD HAS BEEN IN ANNUAL DEFICIT WITH (GLOBAL SILVER MINING PRODUCTION VS. USAGE) FOR CLOSE TO TWENTY YEARS. THE ONLY REASON SILVER HASN'T GONE TO THE MOON YET, JUST DUE TO THESE DEFICITS (IS BECAUSE THESE DEFICITS WERE MADE UP (FROM ABOVE GROUND SUPPLIES), RATHER THAN TRHOUGH PRICE INCREASES.

AFTER WW11, GLOBAL ABOVE GROUND SILVER STOCKS WERE IN THE RANGE OF 8 TO 10 BILLION OUNCES. NOW THE GLOBAL ABOVE GROUND SUPPLY (HAS COLLAPSED) TO A MERE 1 TO 1 1/2 BILLION OUNCES.

FURTHER, WITH THE CURRENT PRICE OF ABOUT $29/OUNCE...THAT MEANS THAT IT NOW COSTS MORE MONEY TO PRODUCE/MINE (ADDITIONAL) OUNCES FROM THE GROUND, THAN WHAT THE MINERS WOULD MAKE SELLING THOSE OUNCES - (THIS MEANS THE MARGINAL COST OF PRODUCTION IS NOW ABOVE THE CURRENT CASH PRICE FOR SILVER).
