Getting through the radiation belt with a few inches of aluminum for protection is unlikely. But thats not to say they had a secret space program, and got there by other means. I think we can see landmarks up there anyways.

Yes NASA faked an enormous amount of photography to satisfy the Amerikan people (and the rest of the world).

Yes for some reason Neil Armstrong became a semi-recluse, shunning an VERY EASY LIFE just "dining out" on his achievement.

As to whether Neil Armstrong and all the others did what the photo footage ACTUALLY SHOWED - we have yet to find out.

I for one am sure he (and probably the others) did land on the moon. I am sure an enormous amount of the photo footage was faked. I'm sure it was faked because that sort of technology was impossible to achieve for the time and place (moon).

For all that has happened, I think Armstrong and the others were hero's. I think the technology was fantastic. However I think it was all a pointless waste of time and resources that could have been better spent... Just like MY LIFE really!

We will only know when Chinese archaeologists or space probes go back. By the time space tourism is commonplace, they will have been able go back and fake the evidence (if the will is still there).
