The Supreme Court Just Issued A Ruling That Could Let The Feds Spy On You!!!

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court won't let Americans challenge the expansion of a surveillance law used to monitor conversations of foreign spies and terrorist suspects.

The high court on Tuesday agreed with a government request to throw out a lawsuit from a group of American lawyers, journalists and organizations challenging the 2008 expansion of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). The organizations said Americans who think they're getting caught up in the government monitoring should be allowed to sue to stop the law's expansion.

A federal judge threw out their lawsuit, but the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reinstated it. The Supreme Court overturned that ruling on a 5-4 vote.

The court was not considering the expansion's constitutionality, only whether lawyers can file a lawsuit to challenge it in federal court.

Was there ever any doubt? Seriously, we have been in uncharted lawless territory for years now.

That same SCOTUS just last summer "ruled" that if you don't voluntarily buy private health insurance with your own private money, the federal government can have the IRS draft your personal bank account electronically to just take the money from you by force.

That same SCOTUS has only upheld the 1st and 2nd amendments by 1 vote in 5/4 decisions in recent years. We are one judge away from totally unrestrained tyranny and the voting public is to damned stupid to recognize just how gravely dangerous the situation has become.

The Supreme Court has been traitorous for almost 100 years. EVERYTHING the government does is unconstitutional unless it is explicitly spelled out in it. EVERY law drafted in the last 100 years would need to be an amendment voted on by the people. All the while, the court has not found ONE SINGLE federal law unconstitutional this whole time.
