You need to start being positive rather than dwelling on poor me.
Read books about the power of positive thinking.
They really do help. Also read up on visualization.
Works wonders.

When you get up in the morning, first thing is express an attitude of gratitude.
Act as if you have it all. Condition yourself to think this way throughout the day.

You are going to change, so will your life if you do this.

Of course, its easy to come down and get into the usual train of thought, but as soon as you realize it, get confident again. Visualize a great life.
You will see a dramatic change.
Try it for a couple of weeks and pick up the book "the secret"

It works in all aspects of your life.
