well the truth is boarder patrol has ZERO authority to detain you when you're NOT ON A BOARDER
ZERO AUTHORITY
and this guy knows it!
they are ASKING HIM TO COMPLY
he is saying NO
and therefor they KNOW they must let him go on his way as they have ZERO legal authority to detain him whatsoever
Quoting: ^TrInItY^ EXACTLY. They need to to volunteer to their authority. Problem is most people are sheep and willingly comply. My question is, being Canadian, am I obligated to comply or if I have already cleared the border legally and encounter one of these checkpoints, can I do the same?
