This is really weird. They have also sent out test kits to everyone that was aged 50, 55 and 65 between Jan 2011 and 31 Dec 2014. They said it was to research for bowel cancer. The thing is they are pretty insistant about it - and they pester you to fill in a form about why you don't want to take part, if you refuse to do it. This test will be done on a regular basis from now on, on everyone they sent the kit to, who complied. I thought that was creepy but now with this added. I don't know what to think.   Thanks for your input. I hadn't heard about that, and yes it is weird. They can't be looking for hard drugs in that age bracket, but might detect some old hippies still smoking the peace pipe. And what happens if they find you have bowel cancer? They have no legal right to advise you of same, only a doctor is allowed to give you that diagnosis. Will they force you to undertake treatments, that are prone to killing you in other ways? Or keep the information to themselves. WTF are they really up. The plop thickens ;)
