Anyone has experience with ghosts or lives in a haunted house/apartment?

Let me first start by saying. Hey! I go by Cebeij. I help spirits on a regular basis. This could very easily be her ex. Don't fret. He is obviously still living in a very low frequency. He is still angry, jealous, regretful, fearful, and so on. These are all low frequency feelings that really drag us down.

I'll help you help him. He may listen to what you say or he may not be ready to hear it. People don't change unless they want to themselves.

First tell him that you are happy he is there and that you wish to help him move into a higher frequency. You understand he is there and is trying to get your attention and you have noticed. Speak with him calmly and put yourself in a truly happy place. Keep in mind he is in spirit form and no longer in the physical. You will be in that form when it is your time to go. So it should be no mystery. Also we dont call them ghosts. That's a main stream media term to keep us fearful of spirits. Spirits are there to help us and also seeking help from us.

You need to tell him he needs to move into a higher frequency of love.

Life is a lesson where we learn experiences first hand. Not everything we learn is good. We learn good things and bad things but ultimately they teach us things. So regardless if that was a bad thing you experienced, you still learned from it. So lets remove the negative thought process behind this and focus on the fact that we learned a valuable lesson from this. We probably wont ever do that again or do it differently. This can also be said for good things. Maybe we learned something good but realize there is a better way next time.

So now that we understand that we learn from both good and bad we can understand there is no longer room for anger, regret, fear, and so fourth. He needs to look at these past situations and understand what he learned from them with a loving aspect. Once he starts doing this he will instantaneously start vibrating higher and into a higher realm where he will move into the austral plains.

sometimes bad and scary is just misunderstanding try to communicate

I had an intense dream, 1 second after I awoke the lamp across the room (steel, clamp, articulated lamp) that I was focused on was torn from where it was to the floor violently, the steel was bent and all the parts broken.

Cebeij gave excellent advise. I would try to talk to the spirit if I were you. If it is your girlfriend's deceased ex he would be what is called a "purposeful ghost". They have specific reasons to stay/come back. Maybe he is trying to say goodbye to her and needs her attention or maybe he just wants to make sure she will be o.k. before he goes on to whatever his destiny is. Or maybe he's not ready to say goodbye just yet and wants to be around her for awhile longer.

I had a purposeful spirit haunting that lasted for a few years, both at home and work, and the contacts were almost daily. It unnerved my family, friends and co-workers because they also saw/heard/felt him. He wanted to let me know what had happened to him and he also felt he had to protect me and when he felt that I was out of danger he told me in a dream/vision that he had to go on and he did.

Re: the clock going backwards - the time it ended up on has some type of meaning. The same thing happened to me. One of his clocks went backwards 10 minutes each day for several weeks until it stopped at a certain time and stayed there. He was letting me know an exact time that I was wondering about. It was the exact time that he had been attacked and murdered. It was part of the puzzle that I needed to solve.

It is difficult for them to just appear as an apparition for any length of time to be able to talk to you in the same manner as if they were still alive. He did appear as an apparition many times but it was for just a few seconds at a time. He mostly appeared as an orb. And he communicated verbally in dreams/visions.

So you need to be mindful of any clues to what he is trying to tell you and your girlfriend. Do start talking to him and ask him why he is there. He will answer in ways such as the clock.

That's nuts, this happened while you were sleeping? Have you had other experiences like this?

paradox. If you are really interested in ghosts watch soem of thsoe realisty shows. They are very factual. However you will always notice the guys that are going to these haunted areas have no intent in actually helping the ghosts pass on, but rather instigate and further anger them and keep them in a low vibration.

I for one get visited regularly. Sometimes they will make a noise in the room. Flick an object. Give me the chills by passing through my body, or even start seeing visions of things they did while alive. I live in Missouri and often times they show me them hunting for deer. Its big out here. Regardless, the spirit could be upset that he is no longer with your girlfriend and have anger toward you. Try and understand that when speaking with him.

Do not be fearful. They will not hurt you. Be kind and respectful. Speak out loud to him or in your head, which ever is more comfortable. If you are looking for conformation I assure you they exist. Cheers!

Are you sure it is safe to talk to these spirits? Personally I don't think I should, the window was moved on it's own!

The clock thing you mentioned, I thought about that recently, that the time it went back on had some meaning, but I was unable to get the time it was stuck on. I did get stuck around the 1 oclock am range for almost 2 hours. Maybe this is the time he died?

Another weird thing that might be related, last july, when my ex was visiting me at my apartment, writing appeared in the bedroom window, after I walked out for 5 minutes. I had done several tarot reading before, I walked out of the room. I think the cards were already put away in the box. She was the only one in the room. The writing said f-19, and the temp on the AC unit on the same window was 69 F. Could this been him, or is this something else? I am scared to use tarot cards again. I am wondering if they are bad, or invite demonic spirits. The have been very accurate in the past.

If you don't feel comfortable talking/communicating with the spirit than you shouldn't. In my case I knew instantly who it was so had no reservations. I was glad he was there and sorry to see him leave. He may not have stayed so long if I hadn't been so receptive and trying to communicate with him also.

I don't blame you for not wanting to communicate with the spirit. I remember how nervous and upset the people around me were when the spirit would communicate with me right in front of them. Needless to say they weren't as happy as I was to have him around.

Maybe your best bet would be to ask them to leave in a nice manner. Maybe Cebeij has some suggestions on what to do and how to accomplish that. He seems to be very knowledgeable about helping them go on.

It does sound like it is your gf's ex but the question I guess you should be concerned with is why is he there.

Another thought is maybe, like with my experience, your ex gf likes having him around and "hangs" onto him like I did.

If that is the case then maybe if she would let go - not talk about him & not think about him - he would leave.

I think the less attention he gets from both you and your ex gf then he might just leave on his own.

Although it may be unnerving to have a spirit around I have never heard of one harming someone physically so I wouldn't worry about that.

I dont know about that but today when i went to the apartment im working on i found 2 lights on that i could swear where swichted off before i left the day before.

:p, ive woken up with scratches over my body. In shower and i feel something sting and i got another scratch. My friends didnt belive me till one day we were all playing video games and drinking and i felt it sting under my arm and there was 3 parallell and one across them. Since then they havent said much. When i had that experience i didnt belive in god but that has made me think diffrently and now i do and it has kinda stoped i can still feel it around me tho.(wasent me in my sleep cuz i bite my nails.) looked more like a cat did it(have no pets).

When I was a teen I slept over my friend's house and her room was haunted. I was trying to fall asleep when I heard voices talking in the room, saying, "She's asleep." Then I saw a shadowy figure walk over to the bed and sit on the side of it. The bed dipped down by my knees where he sat. I was paralyzed with fear at first, but then I got the courage to jump out of the bed and run out of that room. I spent the rest of the night on the livingroom sofa.

I've lived with ghosts for years and can say that what you are describing sounds like a haunting.

Taps, knocks, banging sounds, moving objects, footsteps, cold spots, things that cannot be explained rationally.

If the activity starts to increase and starts to interfere with your lives, I would suggest contacting a local medium for a "cleansing".

Also, I would stay away from Tarot cards and Ouija boards. Nothing ever good has come from this type of communication.

This is why the Chinese are taking over everything. Western nations support retard ideas like ghosts and hauntings, and the public is dumb enough to believe in it.

Well you can choose fear or you can choose to overcome it. Spirituality is no mystery and is the core to our existence yet we have forgotten it. Elites know all about this but we are only bombarded with false flags that ghosts are all evil, that the native Americans were savages and so forth.

If you say that what is in your house is evil, then you have already labeled it as so. If you label it as a soul that is in search of answers and needs to guidance then thats what it will be. We only allow what can harms us by what we allow.

So you if say that he is going to hurt you, you will put that negative energy out and he may. Or you can say he wont and wants my help. I have helped many spirits pass on. They have no clue why they are still in the spirit world. Its because they are holding onto something in the physical world they cant let go yet. All you have to do it tell him what i told you.

Watch some Ghost Adventurers. They are badass. Again they dont help the ghosts EVER because they are stupid fucks. BUT they do find shit tons of evidence that they do exist.
