so it is not even horse...donkey then..it adds to the greasy chewy factor that I find enjoyable.
when you make paper thin patties -you have to add tough chewy meat or people cannot tell they have real meat in there


I disagree cuz if they actually only gave you the gay donkeys it might cost more because they would probably be more rare and you would need to confirm the gayness of the meat and the cheaper plain donkey meat is easier to get..plus I really do not think it would be any chewy or less chewy or people would notice anyway
