I knew the sun felt hotter!

I've been noticing the past few years how in the South, even in the winter, the sun's rays are brutally hot...like a laser beaming on you. The temps may be cool, but if you are in the direct sun, you could get a sun burn within a minute. This happened to me last week. Just crazy.
