I have been taking Vit D for a while now, and while it made my blood levels adequate and I get fewer colds, I can't say it did much for my mood or energy. I did, however, just start B12 about 2 months ago, and it is AMAZING for energy. I am unbelievably motivated since starting the B12. I take 5000 mcg of the methylcobalamin form.
