Well at least you're closer to the truth than most. When I heard this I thought this is a way of getting us used to another idea now that goes against everything we could recognize as a relatively free country. One more loosening the bonds by suggestion which you can bet will be whipped out later because they know they're next up in 2016 and up for that stage of the overall agenda.

Of course they expect it to fail. DCers do it all the time and why it's wise to have a long memory. By the time we get there we'll have a pretty accurate idea where it's all going.
