Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein brought down the Nixon administration (and a good part of the US Government) over WaterGate, ending with Nixon exiting the Whitehouse.

This story with Woodward referring to Obama's actions as "a type of madness" and the subsequent threat feels like a shift in the conversation as to what is acceptable to discuss and what isn't.

The situation reminds me of the King with no clothes. Finally when the boy speaks up, everyone is finally able to admit the truth.

Woodward is a formidable figure. It will be interesting to see if he gets support from the media or not.

Will the media try to isolate him, too? If they do, then it shows us just how bad things are.

Or will they crack, bringing on Obama's downfall?

If the media turns on Obama, he will become crumbled burnt toast. If the media buries Woodward, it means Obama will be able to get away with just about anything.

I think this is the big one to think about... if they are really all incompetition which would make sense and there are 'camps'... Hillary is a piece of fused material that has worked hard to keep america solid on the 'state' side for the past 4 years and will be a great person to come in and clean up/admit the reality of an Obama boss... she will be loved for standing up and showing America what kind of financial disgrace Jarrett and Obama have been to the country.

If the press used it's power to the fullest extent, they control the masses and the people and the press actually creates justification or destruction for the regime... they might be desperate and end up biting the hand that feeds them by design.

Woodward appears to me to be very intimidated over this. He is almost incoherent--scarcely knows what to say. He is shaken up and very nervous. The black house people are very dark and intimidating; they shouldn't have the power that they have.

So honestly, how do people feel about them using a word that means seizing our property or seizure and confiscation in general, such as guns, persons, etc., and saying it has to do with budget cuts?
