The OP of this thread has been thoroughly debunked as false.

In Connecticut, a law enforcement officer can pronounce you DOA - dead on arrival, dead on scene, dead in the field, dead right there, deader'n a doornail etc, and not do CPR and EMS is NOT EVEN NEEDED until law enforcement determines they are. EMS does not enter the scene until LE tells them they can.

What is unclear is who exactly declared all 26 victims dead. Was it Officer Chapman, Smith, Penna, or someone else? How long did that process take? Who is the paramedic referred to in this Washington Post article?

From what I have seen regarding the initial post and the other information posted in here, LE can pronounce victims deceased.

The only question I have is when were the triage tarps put in the parking lot? If early on, I could understand it because they would not have known immediately that nobody was going to come out. If they were put out later, then I'd like to know why.

Honestly, I can't find a source that explicitly states that D'Amato was on leave at the time. But I thought it was a reasonable logical deduction to make....

We've been told that Rousseau was substituting for a teacher who was on maternity leave.

Roig and Soto were present at the school, so that leaves D'Amato, Kazlauskas, and Monahan as the possible teachers who were on leave.

Some news reports name D'Amato as the teacher for students who were reported to have been in Rousseau's classroom.

This passage raises a lot of questions about procedure and what went on. The "uninjured" girl who "appeared to be in shock": did she tell Penna she was uninjured? She apparently obeyed his command to "stay put" while he left her alone in the room. Had he already checked the vitals of all the other people in the room?

Maybe the "uninjured" girl did that for him LOL

Haha It doesn't sound like he checked the vitals to me. It sounds like he went in, saw her, and left. And I questioned this before...he's just going to leave a little girl alone when he thinks the gunman is on the loose? That doesn't make much sense to me.

That sounds like there were a lot of officers going into the school. Aren't they supposed to limit the amount of people who enter the crime scene as per articles posted in this thread? Aren't they supposed to use as few as possible?

The earliest overhead helicopter footage looks to be around 11 a.m. The tarps were down then.

They are right up to a point where there is yellow tape stretched across the driving lane. It would appear that was as close as they were allowed to get.

Wouldnt a girl who was "covered in blood" who was then brought out to the triage area actually leave blood stains on the plastic sheets left on the ground? Bloody shoe prints? Bloody smudges? Bloody handprints?

Yet, when we see the aerial view of the triage area, there is no blood or any trace of even one drop of blood anywhere to be seen....

Also, he carried her more than 1 and 1/2 football field lengths to the triage area, which was setup in the back of the firehouse?

This is correct.... it was her class that was nearly wiped out and poor Rousseau was subbing her class, but the news cycle abruptly dropped all mention of D'Amato and she has rarely been mentioned since for any reason.

None of the class sizes match the official school records and depending on how many kids one counts escaping from Soto's class the discrepancy ranges from a min. of ten to a max of eighteen.

The class photo's are a stub of the original story---another important fact which needs attention since proving there were photo's pre-done before there was even a story would prove something from positive evidence.

So why is Soto pictured with a kindergarten class passed off as her 1st grade class?

Very little on Vicky Kazlauskas but I did run across a really good interview with Pam Midlik, an educational assistant in her class which also provided an interesting mention of the ***Dad who was there to make ginger-bread houses {Manohan's 1st grade class down the hall starting at 9:45 a.m. (per her newsletter on the 7th)}

Ty for the link. I haven't seen that footage before. The only helicopter footage I've seen was that crystal clear, up close and personal video by some "News" station.

Whoever filmed that, and if it's around 11, they say they haven't seen any children come out. Interesting. The triage area is quite a distance from the school. And look at all of the vehicles blocking the path to the triage area. Protocol? Come on. EMS workers would have to weave in and out and around all of those vehicles just to get to the triage area.

I haven't found much about Monahan yet. Her bio on the school website says that she's been a teacher for 23 years, twelve of those at Sandy Hook, and she has four grown sons. So I doubt that she was the teacher on maternity leave. [link to myschooldesk.net]

There were tarps down by Fire house But they were red and BLUE from what I have seen. The Triage tarps are black, red, yellow, and green. No blue.

But certainly they look like triage tarps.

Also, the 'Fire Drill' photo supposedly tweeted by the principle is at the 'Fire House' parking lot not near the 'school building'. For a fire drill you are going to have 600 walk 1/4 of mile and count them there? Hardly.

On her teacher website, D'Amato writes: "Mikaela was born in April and is an absolute joy. I am so happy to be teaching in Newtown and can't wait to have another terrific year at Sandy Hook!" So when did she start her maternity leave? And if she was on maternity leave, why did she write she was looking forward to another school year as if she was going to be the one teaching them in September? I don't get it.

You have seen the 'Chopper12' HD video that is very focused on the FH. It is because that is where all the moving people are.

There are a lot of 'time analysis' videos on YT.

Using photos, sun position tools and new footage with times on the screen it looks like the vast majority of photos and video were taken between the hours of:

11:00 ET
14:00 (2 p.m.) ET

A few before and few after - but that is when the 'action' was.

Based on news footage the ME 'taco truck' was in front of the school before 13:53 (1:53 p.m.) ET. So anything with the truck with the awnings up in front of the school is after that time.

Winter solstice was only a week away so you had very short days and with CT being on the east side of the timezone it got dark around 4:30. Toward the end of the day the shadows were straight out to the parking lot from the school building. Early in the day - around 11 a.m. they are at a noticable angle of around 30-40 degrees.

15 kids in Soto picture, but she says my 16 angels? And how can so many kids escape her class if there are only 15?

By carefully checking the numerous up-dated pictures from both classes---Noah for example has grown and he looks like a very healthy 1st grader, but in his class photo he is clearly younger and smaller... all of the kids look bigger than the year before as one would expect of older kids, but Miss Soto looks much younger in her class photo-- too young. Her bio. is not right. She is listed as an intern the year before not a teacher. This years student hand-book is simply missing. Not a single school picture of activities from this year, as compared from the year before... just pictures of the courtyard.... did they stop taking pictures for any specific reason? NO.. until the 14th arrived there was no reason not to post the schools many activities, including the kids doing whatever in their daily school stuff. When things are missing that is when questions get asked....

This tragedy started as a man arguing with a Kindergarten teacher... his Mom... killing her and all of her kids in HER class.... this event narrative was then subsequently stranded, leaving incongruent facts as stubs of the original with no resolution when the narrative abruptly changed. The article says 20 signatures already on paper--- but two of those 20 were in the hospital and were not dead yet--- so he should have seen 17 signatures if his son was the last FROM the schoolroom to be identified-- his makes 18.... the parents at the hospital DO not need to identify their kids!

Do you see the pattern that develops? The script went sideways... but they kept going anyway until it was impossible to continue the Nancy was a teacher at the school... then the narrative went to the next scenario. And the class pictures were already to go so they up-dated the kids in one and left the other the same. Why up-date a photo? The pattern of deception is right there in plain site.

That's an interesting discovery. I'm not sure what to make of it.
