I live just outside of Raleigh and have been here for almost 6 years and I have NEVER seen them do this before. It has been going on for 2 or 3 nights in the evening and sometimes in the day. Even some of my neighbors have come outside to see what the commotion was and what was going on. It is VERY strange.
