That doesn't really prove anything. The person could have just as easily been closer to the buildings on the CNN version. If you take any footage from far away and from generally the same direction, it can be overlaid like this and would closely match but would have slight anomalies (such as the white building that isn't in the CNN one). But even if they did manipulate the footage, it could also be for copyright issues or so they can appear to have more footage than they do. Not because there weren't planes. The whole no plane theory doesn't hold up. I lived in NYC at the time and from the roof of my apartment building watched the towers collapse. I recorded it but my ex has the tape... I really really want to get that back so I can see if I recorded something I missed... Anyway there are too many witnesses who saw a plane. I doubt anyone I know is part of a secret coverup involving nonexistent planes. I do however know some of the volunteer rescuers and firemen looted the area and took things off bodies...

I'm not saying there isn't a conspiracy because there most definitely is, I just don't think this is undeniable evidence.
