In the daytime pic there are small black "notches" that line up with most of the lights. They could be bouys, perhaps with lights. Or those are small caves with lights. Wondered if it was fishermen of some time. But there ARE corresponding black spots on the day time pic. The rest are flares or reflections off the water.
