Probably combination of movement from tides and waves and the shutter speed of the camera. Several oil platforms in that area and those have multiple lights on and around them. So buoys or oil platform lights, I would bet. Could be reflections of those lights too, which would really be variable, particularly reflecting on moving water.

See the purdy purdy lights? That's the same shoreline. The webcam is positioned on oil platform Anna looking towards Trading bay beach and Mt. Redoubt and Iliamna beyond it. Some of those oil rigs in the picture may also be much closer to that shoreline than platform Anna. Anna is about 20 miles from shore in that direction according to google earth.

So if the shutter was open for 30 seconds and that was a flying object it show a continuos light line? Or cos the object was moving so fast it shows up like the first pic all scattered?

More of this phenomena would be seen next month. Eventually the cover-up would be blown and everyone on the planet would know about the massive changes to come over the next few months.

That doesn't make any sense. Why are there stars on the bottom them? Regardless of 'Ice' or reflection, it would cast an equal reflection.
