If the angle (10-15 arc sec) is correct then the comet size is correct cca 50000 km. Angular Size Calculator: [ link to www.1728.org]  The angular size of the coma is not the angular size of the comet's nucleus. The coma is a very thin "atmosphere" surrounding the comet's nucleus and can get very large. It is much less dense then a morning fog. This makes sense, but this comet is not yet so active to create such a big coma in a dirty snow ball comet model anyway. For a little comet to create such coma, it should be very close to the Sun, but it is still between 4-5 UA, the distance where this thing should start to sublimate.
